Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Water's Edge Apartment

Wish away your worries while staying at our Waters Edge Apartment. This space is located on our family property. Spacious 37 acre with a 6-acre pond centered in the middle. Star gaze at night and enjoy peaceful walks during the day. We are less than a mile from downtown McArthur, close to all the amenities. Just a short 30-minute drive to Old Mans Cave entrance and 22 minutes from Lake Hope. Feel free to fish in the pond. No swimming allowed. Catch and release only.

This rustic log home with modern amenities is situated on 15 acres on the outskirts of the village of Hamden. Relax in a two person, indoor Jacuzzi tub or kick back on any of the three covered porch decks. There is a short hiking trail thru the park-like setting. Thousands of acres of public hiking and hunting land are all within a 30 minute drive. Fish or kayak nearby Lake Rupert or Alma, or hike in the Hocking Hills. Also high speed internet and 4 smart TVs.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cedar cabin about 2 miles from Ash Cave! This cabin for 2 provides all the necessities with a queen size bed, standard equipped kitchen with 5 burner stove top/no oven, fire pit, back deck with a hot tub. Beautiful windowed bathroom and gloss tiled shower. Walking distance to our Ash Cave Day Spa and wedding hall. Also equipped with a roku streaming smart tv and starlink WiFi!
