Shopping opportunities: -Hanse Center Bentwisch - Bakery - Dogs allowed Excursion opportunities: -Warnemünde: approx. 17 minutes - Beach Graal-Müritz: about 20 minutes -Karls Erlebnishof: approx. 10 minutes -Vogelpark Marlow: approx. 31 minutes If you have any questions, just let us know. Currently there is a construction site nearby, but it will not affect your stay.

Stylish, clean apartment near the city center & main station

The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. At the main train station, which is only about a 5-minute walk away and has train connections to the Warnemünde, which is worth seeing, there is a bicycle rental (parking on the premises).

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The apartment is very close to Rostock Central Station. It can accommodate up to 6 people with two sofa beds and a double bed. The built-in kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings and includes, among other things fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetops, etc. In the bathroom, in addition to the classic shower, toilet and sink, there is also a washer/dryer. There is also a small seating area on the balcony.

50 m² in-law apartment near Rostock with swimming lake

Our in-law apartment is located in the middle of a beautiful village and right outside the gates of Rostock. Whether on foot in 5 minutes at the lake or by car in about 15-20 minutes at the Baltic Sea in Warnemünde, with us recreation and relaxation are the focus. Our granny flat is part of our house and we are a family with two 5-year-old boys. So it's probably not quiet, but it's pure idyll. P.S. Linen and towels are included!

The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. (original staircase up) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment cleaned with clay and straw. We only used ecological building materials for the colors and floors.
