The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

So this is then a PASSAGEWAY ROOM! Our accommodation is located in the village. Rural and (mostly) quiet. The immediate surroundings are ideal for bicycle rides and walks in the woods. Shopping for basics such as groceries is available ~ 4 km away. The district capital of Diepholz is ~ 10 km away.

The building where the apartment is located is particularly quiet, as only small offices and a physiotherapy practice are used during the day. In the evenings and on weekends, you have the entire house to yourself, so you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. The apartment is located outside Diepholz in the industrial area & has an easy connection to the expressway. McDonald's, a beverage market and Lidl are only 1.5 km away. Other shops from the city of Diepholz are 2 km away.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

We offer a cozy apartment for up to 8 people on our farm. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available The apartment with approx. 150 m² of living space is adjacent to our property and is available for exclusive use. It is lovingly and high-quality furnished and suitable for allergy sufferers (therefore unfortunately no pets). The heated outdoor pool and sauna invite you to relax, with views of the Wiehen Hills.

The stylish bathroom is right next to the bedroom. The apartment is heated by infrared heating and is almost CO2-neutral thanks to the photovoltaic system. An electric charging station can be used for an additional charge.

In the former village school, a separate non-smoking apartment with high-quality equipment has been created on the 1st floor. 1 spacious wellness spa with whirlpool and infrared sauna is integrated. The apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Dümmer Lake is a 15-minute walk away. Marissa Holiday Park is about a 25- to 30-minute walk. Pedal boats, bicycles and SUPs can be rented there. Note: A railway line runs directly behind the house where the apartment is located.

Our house is just a few steps from Dammer City, with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés right on your doorstep. Start your day with a visit to the “Kiepenkerl” bakery next door, offering fresh rolls, coffee and sweet treats. Guests with electric cars can conveniently use the on-site charging stations to recharge their vehicle at any time.
