As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. The Holly Croft annexe is a stylish addition to our detached family home. Finished to the highest standards with a bright contemporary feel it offers an en suite shower room, kitchenette,on site parking and access to our large garden and patio area. A good range of local shops pubs and cafes can be found a mile away in Codsall. Country house wedding venue PENDRELL HALL is almost on our doorstep and world renowned David Austin Rose's and Cosford Aerospace Museum are both just 4 miles away.

Upper Arley Farm Lodge

Escape to the countryside for a couples retreat in this stunning one bed lodge located on a working family farm, situated in Upper Arley. The lodge is surrounded by fields with stunning views of the Severn Valley, Clee and Malvern hills and is only a short walk away from Arley Arboretum, the Severn Valley Railway and the quaint village of Arley itself. Historical towns, Bridgnorth and Bewdley, are a 15 minute drive away. Be sure to say hello to Tess, our free-roaming Border Collie!

Canalside cabin

Canalside cabin overlooking the Coventry canal and located in the village of Hopwas. The cabin is perfect for an affordable break or a cost effective stopover on a work trip. Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views of waterways and local woods. There’s plenty on offer for nature lovers with great walks, fishing, boating and cycling on your doorstep. Further afield is a town and city to explore. After a day outdoors there are 2 country pubs across the road from the cabin to relax.

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Self Contained Mini Flat

“Mini Flat” with fully private access and small outside space. - Kitchenette with sink, hob, microwave and fridge - TV - SMALL DOUBLE bed (4ft) - Shower, toilet and sink - Parking VERY quiet; lakes at both ends of the street. Village centre short walk away with pub, supermarket, café and chip shop. Bus stop is at the end of the street giving quick access to the City Centre. Note the size of the bed please (1 x small double) and it has 1 private bathroom, not 1.5!
