Indenfor fordeler indretningen sig på 55 kvm og her kan du forvente et nyere køkken fra 21´, badeværelse fra 24´ og et hyggeligt indrettet alrum. Der er 2 identiske soveværelser, som begge har en dobbelt seng (160cm). Udenfor kan du nyde dagen på den 85kvm store træterrasse, som er bygget i 24´. Nyd en skøn ferie i vores hyggelige sommerhus kun 400 meter fra Dronningmølle strand, som er en vidunderlig lang, familievenlig badestrand. På husets 70 m2 store træterrasse, er der sol fra morgen til aften. Haven er aflukket og privat og har en dejlig græsplæne med plads til havebadminton eller bordtennis. Huset ligger ideelt mellem kystbyerne Hornbæk og Gilleleje, som byder på hyggelige restauranter, cafeer, food market, butikker, isboder, minigolf, fiskeforretninger på havnen og meget mere.

In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Huset står flot med lækkert køkken og bad og alt hvad et hus skal have. 10 min gang fra skøn sandstrand. Huset har udover en stor dobbeltseng til 2 personer en 140 cm boxmadras på hemsen. Der er fri adgang til kajakker, SUP, bålsted, cykler og fiskestænger. Nyt VILDMARKSBAD og ISBAD er mod betaling.

Huset er beliggende tæt på offentlig transportmuligheder og dagligvarebutik. Boligen er total renoveret i 2023 og består at stue med brændeovn, køkken, entre, to soverum og badeværelse. Dertil høre lukket gårdhave med eftermiddags og aftensol samt forhave med morgensol.

Huset er Vognhuset til den gamle vindmølle i Dronningmølle. Det ligger midt i Dronningmølle lige ved restauranter, butikker og stationen. Stranden ligger 5 min gang fra huset, og kort herfra ligger Rusland (et fantastisk naturområde) og Tegners museum. Huset har en lille gård, som I har for jer selv. Huset deler indgang til haven med møllen, og vi har en Berner Sennen hund. Den vil tage glad imod jer, når I går ind, så I skal være ok med store hunde.
