The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The exterior of the house features a modern white façade with a black roof. Large windows and glass doors enhance natural light, while a covered terrace includes outdoor seating and a grill. The surrounding greenery adds a touch of nature to the tranquil setting.
