Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Annex for four, new bathroom, family, nature, beach.

Here we are very concerned about cleaning. Cozy one-room annex of about 20 sqm. Two double beds, they can be made into two sofas. Small cozy sofa. TV. Smaller kitchen for simple cooking. Mini oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and kitchen utensils. Duvets and pillows with bed linen. Bathroom and smaller hallway for clothes and shoes. There's a romantic hot tub outside. The house is right by bus 35 to the airport. It is only five minutes from the idyllic fishing village with old yellow houses and harbor. Nice beach and swimming area.

Villa close to the water

A few minutes walk from the water is our villa, suitable for a family of four. It's just been expanded with an extension. A small corner of the garden is not currently landscaped. The villa consists of 2 children's rooms, bedroom, kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms and living room with a nice view. Southwest-facing garden provides sun pretty much all day and accommodates a run for our 2 rabbits as well as a pool for our fish. If desired, please take care of them - otherwise a neighbor will stop by once a day.

The Old Town in Dragør

The apartment is centrally located in Dragør's old town, which is known for its charming cobblestone streets and connected yellow houses with red tiled roofs. It's authentic and cozy here, and the tranquility is something very special. The apartment's mere 50 square meters are used in the best possible way. The apartment has a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy coffee among the courtyard's many flowers. Ideal for a couple or a family of four. Your four-legged, furry friends are more than welcome.
