Walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants in Capitol Hill as well as walking distance to the convention center and downtown. Everything is keyless which makes for easy check in and out. Super clean bathroom and updated kitchen. Nice quiet street. Amazing mattress with high quality sheets. Cable, internet and a fully stocked kitchen. Stylish decor and brand new carpet. Bathroom is super clean and we supply really nice towels and bath products. Queen size bed with a love seat size sofa. Cable TV, wifi, laundry, full kitchen with nice new appliances, coffee machine, queen size bed with nice sheets. Excellent towels and bath products. Blow dryer and iron. Guests will have access to entry code to their units. I am happy to provide suggestions or recommendations for your stay in Seattle. This neighborhood is very lively. There are many bars and restaurants right around the corner and there's a wide variety of public transit within easy reach, but the property is tucked away on a tranquil, tree-lined street. So many great restaurants and shops as well.

Near Seattle Center (see events, section below). Amazon, Key Arena, Gates Foundation & Chihuly Glass Museum are at the bottom of the hill. We're at the top facing south near the primary view lookout. Space Needle, Seattle skyline, Mount Rainier, Sunrise & Sunset views nearby. Atop a private home in a quiet neighborhood with a very good walk score. Many restaurants (some among the most highly rated) & coffee shops withinin short walking distance. Downtown (15min) bus stop is one short block away.

Modern apartment with Space Needle view

Enjoy all that Seattle has to offer from this centrally located apartment. You can walk to the Space Needle in just a few minutes, and in fact, you'll get a good view of it right from the living room and patio. The apartment occupies the ground floor of our house, and has its own separate entry and private outdoor area. We live just upstairs, so we're around to offer help and local advice if desired, or privacy if you prefer. We can also hold your luggage before and after your stay.

Dear guests! Coronavirus update: I am following Airbnb's stringent cleaning procedures. The room is stocked with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. You can feel safe to book here. I've added a Winix C545 Air Purifier to the room that includes a HEPA filter to maximize the quality of room air. The room is a private one-bedroom suite with a bath and private entrance with parking. Includes kitchenette, Wifi, flat screen TV, ROKU streaming TV system.

The Purple Place on 18th

Small, artist-inspired unit, walking distance to Capitol Hill's restaurants, taco trucks, bars, coffee shops and Seattle's finest cannabis. Our home, circa 1905, is artfully curated inside and out. The entrance is from the back deck which overlooks the garden. This is a gay owned establishment and we welcome all kinds of people.
