This beautifully remodeled, clean, cozy historic home hosts the best of both old and new featuring the original wood floors, antiques, art, a modern kitchen, great beds, and more. The location is the best, a block from the st Julien hotel & Pearl st. The location is outstanding - a short walk to everything and anything. The home stunning and is a large, remodeled, historic home. Carefully and tastefully remodeled with radiant heat, AC, wifi, Cable TV, and lots of natural light. There is plenty of off street parking, and a stocked kitchen. You'll have spacious, light and bright private bedrooms with access to two shared bathrooms and kitchen, dining and living room areas. Interaction is limited. Centrally located, the house is three blocks away from the Boulder Farmers Market and a stone’s throw from a spectrum of restaurants and shops. Go for a walk along the scenic Boulder Creek Path before paying a visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art. I mail out a full information packet to each guest. You'll have all sorts of transportation options available. I don't allow smoking of any kind in the property. I don't allow any unauthorized parties. I do not allow more than the number of guests noted in the booking assuming all Colorado zoning laws have been followed.
