Peaceful, romantic retreat in this stunningly large and magical barn. This 1850's historic remodeled barn apartment is nestled into hundrends of acres of Nature Conservency. Many old maple and pine trees, hiking trails and breathtaking views will welcome you along the the drive here. If you'd like to book a healing retreat I offer Reiki sessions to guests. This is a private suite located on the second floor of a house. Separate entrance. The owners live downstairs. Great location with mountain views. Please note: 1) Our kitchen is fully equipped, but it has a hot plate instead of the traditional stove. 2) Instead of a full-size living room there is a small sitting area with a TV in the same area where the kitchen is located. 3) Guests don't have access to the backyard/patio, but you can enjoy the outside seating set in front of the house.

We have friendly goats and dogs, vegetable and flower gardens and a small orchard, with raspberries and blueberries. Free picking in the summer. A magical and inspiring place of rolling lawns and 40 mile views yet so close to the many rich cultural and recreational options in southeast Vermont.

This is an open, light-filled one-Bdm apartment on the lower level of our hillside home, surrounded by forests, with stunning views. Your space is 719 sf + access to laundry. We are fully vaccinated, and ask the same of guests. If you think you may have Covid please tell us. We welcome all kinds of people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, etc. We may ask questions before accepting people who don’t have many prior reviews. We don't take pets, sorry.

In the winter, enjoy local trails on snowshoes or cross-country skies; only 15 minutes to Mount Snow! We look forward to meeting you!!!

Shared hot tub with great views. Located on a historic 38-acre working farm. If you need more space we have an adjoining apartment that sleeps 5. Apartment is above garage and attached to the main farmhouse. Maximum six guests.
