Chalet with view and garden

Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Great cottage for a stay for 2.

Quiet chalet of 16m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that goes up to the Col de la Forclaz, a place recognized for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24/7 in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a bit temperamental, no worries about the 4G.

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. Chalet with 2 independent apartments ideally located in the village "Le Bois" at the massive foot of the Tournette. In a very quiet, relaxing setting. Sleeps 4 with a BBQ area in the garden. "Les chardons" cozy studio with mezzanine.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"
