Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The quiet, 2-room flat in trendy Neuenheim is tucked away behind the main building and can be booked with one or two single beds (see pictures). The old town is a ten-minute stroll away, and it takes only three minutes to reach the next tram stop (10 min. to train station). Neuenheim itself has everything you need: outdoor cafés, bars, grocery stores, and a farmers’ market Wednesdays and Saturdays!

The apartment is particularly suitable for solo travelers, couples and families with small children (children's travel bed available on request). It consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious living room (TV corner with TV, couch and writing desk), a newly equipped kitchen with dining area, a small hallway and a daylight bathroom with shower.

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!
