Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Perfekt für Citytrip Gemütliches Apt direkt am See

Nur eine Gehminute vom Phönixsee entfernt in einem 100 Jahre alten Haus in einem traditionsreichen Arbeiterviertel befindet sich unser Appartement "Bergmann". Es wurde vor Kurzem frisch saniert und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Appartement bietet zudem einen kleinen Innenhof, der nur von dir genutzt wird. So kannst du dich nach einem langen Tag voller Entdeckungen ausruhen und im Hof sitzen. Wenn du abends etwas unternehmen willst, bietet der nahe gelegene Phönixsee viele Restaurants und Bars.

Ganze Wohnung - Borsigplatz (Dortmund-Stadtmitte)

Es wird eine ganze Wohnung vermietet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 3. Obergeschoss in Borsigplatz (Do.-Stadtmitte). Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in unserer Straße, ebenso wie in den Nachbarstraßen. Die Innenstadt von Dortmund ist ca. 1 km entfernt und super gut mit Straßenbahn oder aber auch zu Fuß, wenn man Lust hat sich die Beine zu vertreten, erreichbar. Ich wohne selber im Haus und kann Ihnen bei Fragen und weiteren Auskünfte gerne behilflich sein.

Schöne Einliegerwohnung im modernen Haus am Wald

Hallo, ich bin seit einiger Zeit AirBnb-Fan und habe nur gute Erfahrungen gesammelt. Somit biete auch ich diese Whg. bei AirBnb an. Wer zum BVB Spiel möchte, dem können wir ggf. Karten besorgen. Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Min. von öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln entfernt und hat eine gute Autobahnanbindung in schöner Umgebung und ist geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien. Gelegentlich kommen meine Kinder nach Hause und nutzen eines der Zimmer. Das gebe ich Euch vor der Buchung bekannt.

Obergeschoss , hinten-rechts) befindet sich in Dortmund-Hombruch, einem der attraktivsten Stadteile des Dortmunder Südens mit zentraler Anbindung zur Uni-Dortmund, zum Fussballstadion, zur Messe-Dortmund / Westfalenhallen und zur Innenstadt. Der hombrucher Stadtkern mit Kaffee's, Restaurants, Eisdielen und zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist fussläufig in 2-3 Min. erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus.

Wir vermieten ein insgesamt rd. 25 m² großes, ruhig gelegenes Appartement in Dortmund-Berghofen, nahe am Phönixsee (mit Bus oder Auto in 10 MInuten). Zur A45 und A1 sind es 5 Minuten, zur Innenstadt mit Bus und U-Bahn rd. 25 Minuten (auch der Nachtexpress hält bei uns / stündlich). Das Stadion kann in 30 Minuten erreicht werden. Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufgelegenheiten usw. in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ganz in der Nähe liegt der Wald, ideal für Mountainbiking.

Wow! Unique 75m² City-Apartment "Dortmund's Pearl"

The apartment is back on Airbnb from November 2021 onwards and we want to try it after a COVID-break with this apartment. Check our previous reviews and we want to stick to our status as super-hosts and want to make your stay unique. Central city appartment above Dortmund (5th floor) with everything you need for a great stay in or around Dortmund. Just 10 minutes of walk from the central station.

Von dieser charmanten kleinen Unterkunft aus ist es nicht weit bis zu den Geschäften des Vorstadtviertels oder zur Ruhruniversität Bochum. Schneller Bus zur Stadtmitte, Bus zur RUB. Lage im Erdgeschoß, eigener Eingang, ruhig*, im Grünen; eigener Parkplatz. Die großen Arenen in Bochum, Dortmund und Gelsenkirchen sind per Bus und Bahn ganz gut erreichbar.

Wir freuen uns Sie in unserer 2 Zimmer Wohnung begrüßen zu dürfen. Die Wohnung ist 50 qm groß und hat einen separaten Eingang zur Straße. Im Wohn- Schlafzimmer steht ein 160x200 cm großes Bett und ein großer Fernseher. Die großen Fenster zum Garten machen es hell und freundlich. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
