Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

With an area of 100 m2, it is located at an altitude of 1000 m, on the edge of the forest, meadow, 4 km from the capital of Queige. The view of the Beaufortain Valley and Mont Mirantin is stunning in any season.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Apartment ideally located 800 m from Beaufort and all shops. Comfortable and warm, 49 m², it also has a terrace and its south-facing orientation is conducive to relaxation. In summer, the cottage is 500 m from the municipal swimming pool, tennis and climbing wall, there is also the Marcot leisure center 1 km away (tree climbing, water games, health course, fishing lake) In winter we are 5 km from the Areches ski resort or 17 km from the Saisies ski resort.

Welcome to our home After 6 months of work, we present our small, fully renovated studio, located between the village of Arêches and Planay. It's our quiet little corner, on the edge of the forest, with views of the valley and the deer that sometimes come to visit us. However, it's an apartment that deserves... to access it, you will have to climb a bunch of stairs: 200 in winter, 46 in summer (don't hesitate to replace your suitcases with backpacks!).

Small well-appointed studio in a quiet area in the heart of Beaufortain. Functional, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Located 20 minutes from Les Saisies station (Bisanne 1500) and 15 minutes from Arêches-Beaufort station, you will be ideally located, while enjoying the calm offered by nature. The studio is integrated into the house, being renovated, occupied by the owners. You will have a parking space as well as a private outdoor area.

A modern kitchen area is featured with dark cabinetry and a dining table that accommodates two. Appliances including a microwave and a stove are visible, along with natural light streaming through a window. The entrance door is also visible, leading to the exterior.

After parking your car in a private covered garage, and storing your skis in a locker at your disposal, you access the apartment by elevator.
