A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. A stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment with fully kitted open plan kitchen, tea/coffee and nespresso machine, hairdryer, 2 x TV, ironing board and iron. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Located 1 mile away, Belton village has a great pub/restaurant and shop and just a few minutes drive to the next town and villages. A 10 minute drive to Loughbourgh and Ashby de la zouch. At the Barn you will enjoy comfort, space and a bit of luxury.

Located in the curtilage of Melbourne Hall, just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Melbourne (a beautiful Georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops). Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. The town centre is a few minutes drive with supermarkets, leisure centre, restaurants, etc. Several lovely walks literally from the doorstep.
