It is pleasantly furnished and equipped with all conveniences and comfort, including a sitting area, dining area, wood stove, spacious bedroom and spacious outdoor area

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Mobile home in the middle of nature

In this cottage you will wake up to the sounds of birds, you will see the squirrels jumping through the trees and in the forest you will regularly encounter deer and boars. The forest cottage is on the Veluwezoom. Within a few meters you are in the middle of the woods. The cottage is located on the Jutberg holiday park.
