This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. We live nearby, and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.

The house has a shared bathroom and the room has a microwave, kettle and fridge. There is no access to a communal kitchen.
