In front of the house and in the natural garden, cozy seating areas and benches are ready for you. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, walk or cycle.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. The available property is about 3,000 square meters and has a large garden, a playground with swings, sandbox and trampoline. To the north, there are fields and to the east, the pastures of the Bernsteinreiter riding stable.

With over 23,000 hours of sunshine a year and its endless sandy beaches, it offers the perfect conditions for a relaxing seaside vacation. The strawberry farm with its numerous attractions is only a few minutes away by car.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
