Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

House of Blue: A cozy & convenient 2 bedroom.

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Private Studio in Davidson NC

The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. Cozy Guesthouse on the Lake

A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!

This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.

Aspen Street Cottage. Walking distance from Lincolnton; "near the city, near the mountains, near perfect". This charming guest house sleeps ideally 2 but can accommodate a maximum of 4. Space includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living area with a double size sofa bed, bath with tub/shower and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes. The guest house also has a TV with cable and other streaming services available.
