Our newly renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We live on the ground floor. It offers on 70sqm two bedrooms (double bed / 2 single beds), a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and a large bathroom. Boke is an idyllic village located directly on the Lippe with about 2500 inhabitants. It is excellent as a Lippegolddorf because of its beauty. In the village there is a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket with all the necessities of the day.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

🌻Please read all the information before booking!🌻 Hello and welcome to our beautiful farm surrounded by nature☺️! Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area with private bathroom (2nd floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Stay in the romantic garden

Peace and recreation in the rural ambience and Tyni House. Yours is a small but charming room in the trailer. Nestled in the natural reserve, 10 min car distance to Paderborn. Enjoy the large green garden or make excursions to the surrounding lakes. We live with our family outside of PB in a beautiful landscape where you can go jogging, hiking or cycling. We live and love organic, therefore your breakfast is of course also organic!

This is right next to the front door and invites you to sporting activities. Shopping and the city center are within minutes' walking distance. The property offers a cozy modern ambiance.
