It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Wonderful new lake house getaway, pet friendly!

PLEASE READ CAREULLY New Family orientated lake front home on Delavan Lake!. Between Memorial Day and Labor day we have 3 nite min (Thur-Sun.) and 4 nite min (Sun-Thur.). Boat slip included and pontoon rentals available. PARKING FOR UP TO 5 CARS MAX and additional parking is by request PRIOR to booking. Located on a private drive, restaurants and bars are walking distance, 25 minutes drive to Alpine Valley music theater and ski resort and 10 to 15 minutes to Lake Geneva! NO LARGE GATHERINGS

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.
