Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

Double glazed and central heated, this caravan offers a large open plan living space, with fully equipped kitchen, along with 3 bedrooms, toilet and shower room. Beautiful views in all directions, and only a short walk to the beach. The park itself has many modern facilities, including a newly refurbished club house, indoor/outdoor pool, dog walking fields and more. (Park facilities pass can be purchased on site)

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!
