Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

A great value, quirky and cheerful cosy nest of your own to retreat to when exploring the local nature, countryside and coast or as a convenient stopover when visiting Exeter or Cornwall. The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Beautiful frontline open plan studio apartment, directly overlooking the sea, small beach & estuary in Exmouth Quay. Well-fitted kitchen, new shower room. Patio doors lead from the sitting area to private balcony with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and watching the boats and beautiful sunsets. Private garage ( permit for nearby car park). Town centre with excellent shops and restaurants and Exmouth’s stunning sandy beach is just a short walk away. Stairs and lift to your accommodation.

Purpose built bungalow/annexe in the back garden that can be shared. Own entrance and patio outside with level access. Shared garden with a lock on the gate so safe for children. Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

Lovely converted barn set within a large working farm with animals. Nestling in a picturesque and sheltered peaceful valley setting, this delightful converted stables offers the perfect location for a family holiday. Snuggle up by the woodburner in the cosy lounge, or relax in hot tub after a day out, you can enjoy a 15 minute stroll to Dawlish with its beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. (Unfortunately the property is not suitable for single / mixed sex groups of more than 4)
