My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Modern 900 sq foot home. Two BR, two bath, washer/dryer, gas grill and fireplace, full kitchen. There's a nice deck out back, shared with a separate 400 square foot suite than can increase accommodations to 8-10 people (see our separate listing Explorers Escape Plus for this option). Easy walk to Stumptown, Hellbender , Sirianni's, Wicked Wilderness. Short bike ride, hike or drive to Blackwater Falls. Nearby Thomas WV (top mountain town 2017) Canaan, Timberline, White Grass Skiing.

The guestroom features a spacious bed with a soft, golden coverlet. Light wooden floors complement the warm tones of the room, while two bedside lamps provide illumination. A chair is positioned near the door, adding to the inviting feel. Windows allow natural light to fill the space.

Relax in a dog & kid-friendly restored 1901 farm house in Davis WV. Enjoy a charming, historic home in town, a 10 min. walk from restaurants, cafe, breweries, cocktail lounge, & hiking trails. There are nice views and good space for socializing. No loud parties, however. Enjoy the large table & bar. 5 minute drive to the Purple Fiddle & other amenities in Thomas, or to Blackwater Falls State Park. 15 min. drive to Canaan Valley.
