a very modern apartment house with 6 different apartment 5 meter from the sea. . overlooking the sea and the city. infinity pool. by scooter 5 minutes to the city, 10 km from the beautiful white beaches. 10 to 15 minutes from the pier, 20 minutes to the airport. 20 minutes to alona beach. 400 meter to the first restaurant! ,,,,,the last 400 meter to our house is very bumpy, bad road ! Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

Newly (2018) built studio room (in a duplex) & upgraded 2024. At the ocean with AirCon, kitchenette, TV and WiFi. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach by vehicle. Near by Napaling is famous for free diving. And try our reef! We are not in the central tourist spot. If you like to go to other places, you will need some mode of transportation. See below "Getting around". Ideal to relax a few days, visit Bohol Chocolate Hills, enjoy diving.
