The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Our lovingly designed and pet-friendly accommodation is easily accessible by car, motorcycle and the ICE train station in Montabaur, which is 7 km away. Our 150 sqm country house with about 700 sqm fenced garden and outdoor area are ideal for children and animals. A small pond with a rippling stream completes the picture of the lovingly designed garden.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Der Ruhepol is your private, floating retreat surrounded by nature, water and silence. Wake up with a view of the river, enjoy romantic sunsets on the terrace, and let the gentle lapping of the water lull you to sleep. Our houseboat is a fixed floating bedroom and not suitable for driving. ❤️🌊
