S-Bahn and bus stop can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. The tram takes 15 minutes to Bielefeld city. Good connection with the A2 and A33. You can enjoy the Teutoburg Forest within walking distance. Café, kiosk and shopping are nearby.

Enjoy the tranquility in the small, simple cottage that I converted into my cozy home - in 2 minutes by the lake, which invites you to take a relaxing walk in any weather. The park-like garden can also be enjoyed excellently in the sunshine, watch the very different plants bloom! ☺️ I live in the house, the small kitchen and wardrobes are filled. Guests are welcome to use the house when I travel for business.
