Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The 200-square-meter, newly renovated and listed "Fohlenstall" is idyllically located in the middle of the Wendland, near the Elbe Valley Floodplain Biosphere Reserve. In a 10,000 square meter garden with old trees, the light-filled house offers plenty of space for family, groups of friends or a workation. True to the motto: "Nothing happens, also nice!", you can switch off here and go on a discovery tour.
