Listen to the water rushing and watch the sun set over the treetops. Here you have 80 meters to the water's edge and 200 meters to the forest. It calls for morning swimming in the waves and forest walks with the kids. The house caters both to those who appreciate well-appointed and cozy surroundings - and for the family with children. Three bedrooms; two bedrooms with double bed (180 cm), one with bunk bed for children or adults under 175 cm. Including an uninsulated annex, which can be used from Easter to autumn holidays. The house has a heat pump.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
