A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Apartment in townhouse, ideally located at the foot of the Grand Colombier. Close to the city center, in a peaceful neighborhood, you can store your bikes in a sheltered area. A bakery is a 5-minute walk, as well as a pharmacy, restaurants, a kebab and a pizzeria about 10 minutes away. Two supermarkets (Carrefour and Intermarché) nearby. Just 10 minutes from Lake Bourget and Chanaz, 30 minutes from Aix-les-Bains, 50 minutes from Chambéry, 1 hour from Annecy and Geneva.

Charm and calm between lakes and mountains

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Access to the "Acacias" for people with disabilities is provided, please contact us.

Quiet and peaceful place ideal for relaxing.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the Tour de France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bike room. We have 2 cats , they may visit you, but they are good pasta

Small cozy accommodation in my house. With its independent entrance and small separate kitchen, you will be totally autonomous, ideal for a couple or single person (possibility of adding a baby bed for young children). Quiet in the countryside, you can spend a relaxing stay 20 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. A bar restaurant is 50 m from the accommodation. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.
