Top renovated cottage with large pool in prime location on Nikolaushöhe in Würzburg. A beautiful, unobstructed view of the city, a few kilometers to the city of Mitte. The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

Die nächsten grösseren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Häusle bietet ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine moderne und gut ausgestattete Küche. Self-contained apartment in the countryside

In the countryside, in the village of Großharbach, is our newly renovated accommodation. It is quiet and peacefull There are all kinds of animals to admire in the surrounding area (cows, geese, chickens, horses, etc.). Perfect for children. We live in the house with 3 small children. Near our village, approx. 15 minutes by car, is the city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It is known for its well-preserved medieval old town, Käthe Wohlfahrt and the delicious Schneeballen.

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα !
