Overlooking the Lockwood pond and gardens in the heart of Historic Downtown Covington, our one-bedroom one bath apartment is close to many key Vampire Diaries filming locations. It's only a 7 min walk to the historic town square, 0.6 miles from Piedmont-Newton Hospital, 1.8 miles from Oxford College. Off street parking is available in the driveway. The apartment is located behind the main house and up a flight of stairs. Sorry, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children!

Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens, geese, and rabbits. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

This unique place has a style all its own. This tiny jewel has taken on the theme of Hollywood of The South as numerous TV shows and movies have been and are still being filmed here. The whimsical decor makes you smile. The owners live in the main house and are available should you need anything. This is a very beautiful and SAFE neighborhood that is walking distance to the town square. We also offer private tours in our red golf cart!
