“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Natchitoches is known for festivals throughout the year including their Christmas Festival.

The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

Our updated cabins are located 10 minutes from downtown Natchitoches, LA on 30 acres of gated property on Bayou Pierre. Upstairs the cabin has a bedroom with a king bed and a loft area with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed above and a twin trundle below. The living area, kitchen, and bathroom are downstairs. Come relax on the back porch on the swing. It is equipped with WIFI, smart TVs , basic kitchen supplies, bedding, a grill, etc. We have trails to explore and a floating dock in the bayou!

Waterfront - The Red Camp at Lake Bistineau

Nestled on a quiet curve of Lake Bistineau, The Red Camp is ready to welcome you to lake views with Spanish moss draped cypress trees and amazing sunsets! Lake is now at full pool and ready for swimming, kayaking, and fishing through the end of July and a bit beyond! The annual drawdown starts usually in late July, so if you are reserving for fall or winter, please inquire as to the Lake level. Come relax at this quiet, clean cabin with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft overlooking a beautiful view of Toledo Lake. Due to nature surrounding, internet is average speed.

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.
