The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Woodview Retreat Chalet

The home is tucked off the main road, only 2.3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park. The interior has a cabin feel - a great setting for your upstate vacation. There is a king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and an upstairs loft with three additional beds and a half-bath. There is another full bathroom with a washer and dryer off of the living room.

This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.
