Architect-designed house/chalet, 3 floors, view of Mont Blanc

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Charming two-room apartment completely renovated, totally independent, in a detached house with a garden with a south-facing wooden terrace. Ideally located whether in winter for the ski slopes or in summer for hikers we are 12 minutes from Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 minutes from Combloux, 25 minutes from Contamines Montjoie, Megève and Chamonix and 5 minutes from the Thermes de St Gervais Perfect for being quiet while being in the center of tourist spots and activities.

Spacious, carefully decorated accommodation with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is a suite with shower and a double bed (160 x 200). There is a garden with a small private terrace as well as private parking. The cottage is close to restaurants, suitable activities (ski and alpine slopes, hiking trail and mountain biking)... perfect for couples, solo and business travelers... In an old farmhouse refurbished to new, a bright and comfortable apartment, overlooking a large private plot, with garden, fountain, terraces for outdoor dining... fenced if you have pets. A quiet and charming place, but close to all the activities and interesting places the area has to offer. Beautiful aperitif and barbecue evenings overlooking Mont Blanc! Sun in the morning. You can reach the trail that leads to the ski lifts in a 3-minute walk. The view of the mountains is breathtaking, change of scenery guaranteed. Return on skis for good skiers.
