It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox are available for the large and small guests to relax. Depending on the occupancy, the house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
