Fully appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. New Washer/Dryer. Jim Says "I personally stay in each of my units to ensure they are maintained to my highest level of expectations."

Close to Coligny shopping and restaurants and minutes to the beach! You just can't go wrong with this condo. Super clean and maintained! 2 TV's, DVD, Radio and awesome views! New patio furniture! The pool is not heated.
