Architectural 5 bedroom house in woodland setting

Woodbridge lodge is an award winning architectural house built as an extension to a 19th century folly. The house is spacious with 2 living room areas 4 double bedrooms and a smaller single/ double bedroom in the folly. It can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 adults and 3-4 children. There are skylights throughout the house so you can see the stars from your bed but it also means that you get awaken with day light. We recently had major work done to fix some issues with water/ heating and windows.

Toppesfield Vineyard has a contemporary ‘Scandi-style villa’ with a large open plan lounge/dining area, a giant picture window overlooking Toppesfield Vineyard and full height glass sliding doors looking out onto a beautiful garden/ private patio with a large outside dining table and a luxurious day bed. It has two luxury bedrooms with superking beds; both bedrooms have views over the vineyard and new, luxury bathrooms. There is a small, fully equipped kitchen, tennis court and 4 person jacuzzi.

Welcome to Russell's Corner. The house is a Victorian Lodge House which was formally part of the Courtauld Estate. Recently converted and redecorated throughout by an interior designer The house is very close to the Gosfield Hall Wedding Venue and the house has 3 spacious double bedrooms The master bedroom has an en suite shower room It is decorated in a boutique hotel style and is a very relaxing place for guests to stay. One of 3 luxury lodges nestled within the Cherry Orchard. The lodge sleeps 4 people with lovely views, its own private hot-tub, large decking area, outside seating & sun loungers. The lodge is well equipped with everything you need, including coffee machine, smart TV ,large fridge freezer with water & ice dispenser, barbeque , pizza oven and outdoor fire pit .About a 20 min walk into Hadleigh, which has a selection of pubs and restaurants.

Very close to Sudbury, just a 5 min drive or 15-20 minute walk along the riverside path or a little shorter is the pavement route, Bothe will take you all the way into town or to the Train Station.
