The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria.  

The exterior of a modern wooden building is framed by lush greenery and boulders, with a terrace offering scenic views of the surrounding hills. Large windows reflect the sky, while wooden accents create a harmonious connection with nature.
