"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Our home is true country living, but only minutes from historic downtown Palisade and Grand Junction. In the warmer months, enjoy rafting, hiking, or the world class single track mountain biking of the Grand Valley. In the winter, hit Powderhorn ski resort, or the endless miles of snowshoe and snowmobile trails of the Grand Mesa.

The Perfect Day Getaway house is located on a quaint farm within 8 minutes of world-class hiking, mountain and road bicycling, and river rafting. It is a great launching point for day trips to Moab and the Grand Mesa as well! It was built to maximize the southern exposure and views of the Colorado National Monument.

Recent review: The best place we've ever stayed at, hands down! The location felt like a dead end road, yet close to everything. The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze. Owners Note: One (1) dog 45 lbs max allowed unless an additional dog is approved in advance, please include # of people and # of dogs when booking.

Charming ranch home on a small six acre farm 5 miles east of downtown Grand Junction. It has beautiful views of Mount Garfield and the Grand Mesa. The house is 6 miles from Palisade and a short drive to the Orchards of Orchard Mesa. Skiing at Powderhorn Mountain Resort is a short 40 minute drive. Fruita, with world class mountain biking, is a 40 minute drive. The home is 1/4 mile off of Business Loop 70 with easy access to Interstate 70. A small farm within city limits.

If you enjoy yoga, Peach Orchard Yoga is located on the property offering weekly group classes or private classes.

We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

This place to stay is truly one of a kind. This small studio type home is perfect for a couple or a single person looking for a cozy clean place to stay! Pets are allowed for a fee of $75, but there is no smoking on the premises! This home offers WiFi, television, a bbq grill with some outdoor seating, a fenced in back yard with a picnic table and laundry available on site at no additional cost.
