This is a large property with lots of onsite activities including fishing, kayaking, hiking, volleyball, horseshoe, cornhole, and fire pit. The property is in a private setting surrounded by 60 acres of private land and is centrally located to The New River Gorge National Park, Summersville Lake, Babcock State Park, Hawks Nest State Park, and very close to the Meadow River Rail Trail.

You'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the deck and the view but when you move inside you'll have a comfortable queen bed and a futon to sleep on. A basic kitchen has everything you need.

Located just minutes from West Virginia’s only national park is Kimmy’s Kozy Cottage, nestled in a wildlife-laden setting. There’s easy access to the newest state park (a wonderful lake with boating and fishing), a national recreation area, many tree-lined hiking trails along with zip lining, rock climbing, fishing and whitewater rafting (complete with Class IV and Class V rapids!) Granny's shack- 5 miles from Babcock state park

Remote but accessible small cozy family home/cabin with 2-bedroom and 1 bath. 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 pull out couch. Quiet and peaceful with woods surrounding area on 2 acres. House was built in the 1960's but some renovations have been done on the inside. Near route 60 off of old route 41. Located 5 miles from Babcock state park, 15 miles from New River Gorge Bridge, and 2 miles from Clifftop. This is a weekend getaway for our family, we do not live on the premises.

Longdale Lodge- Historic Masonic Lodge

This two bedroom apartment is in the top of a historic former Masons Lodge. It features one bedroom with a queen bed while the second has two twins. There is also a full size air mattress that can be used for additional guests. It is a book lovers dream with literary inspired décor throughout. Feel free to grab a book to enjoy during your stay which pairs perfectly with some coffee in the morning before you set off exploring the nearby attractions.
