There are endless activities year round, such as world class skiing 15 min away, hiking, biking, hot springs, fishing, white water rafting, Loop Railroad, museums, bighorn viewing, star gazing, tour a gold mine, "leaf peeping" in the fall, etc! This cozy apartment features a kitchenette, dinette, mountain view balcony for morning coffee, 2 block walk to Main Street shopping, near Clear Creek and lake, and a claw foot bath tub to relax in.

Summertime in the Mountains

Upstairs master suite available during the months of May to October. Unit includes separate entrance, attached bathroom, bedroom with queen and 2 full beds, TV and fireplace, two closets and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, small fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Indoor kitchen and dining facilities are not available, an outside kitchen with BBQ and Hot Tub is available. The Farmhouse

As you drive down the gravel drive to the Farmhouse you will pass the Aspens, Blue Spruce and Lodge Pole Pines and smell the crisp mountain air that are just the beginning taste of what makes the Farmhouse so special. Both lower and upper decks of the Farmhouse face a beautiful community mountain lake that welcomes our local wildlife like moose and bald eagles to cool off in the summer months. You will experience a night sky with constellations and the quiet known in the High Country.
