Located in the middle of Destin, recently remodeled 1 bedroom apartment. Gated community, 0.8 miles from the closest public beach, on the first floor. Pet friendly, no pet fee/extra cleaning fee for pets. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 65 inch smart tv in the living room, beautiful view to the lake. The unit doesn’t have washer/dryer, laundry room is 100 yards away. The property has 2 tennis courts, 3 pools and grilling area. Very close to shops, restaurants and other attractions.

From crabbing, shelling, fishing, shopping or sun bathing at the pool ( which is right outside the door), we just want y'all to come home and relax and reflect. Our condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. You'll love my place because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated. I provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. I have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink, a renewed mid size refrigerator and one of the best view of the building .
