The carriage house is on the property of one of Historic Downtown Lancaster's oldest homes and only steps away from museums, restaurants and all that downtown Lancaster has to offer. The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. Upon entering the carriage house, you will be met with a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bath, then proceed up the stairs to the loft portion and enjoy your stay.

The Family Tree Cabin

 The family tree cabin was built by the Amish in northern Ohio. It is a beautiful family, friendly cabin, where you can relax and enjoy nature. It has three bedrooms and an open living and kitchen area where everyone can gather. There are three bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has a set of twin beds. Outside, you will find a picnic table, a fire ring, and a charcoal grill and don’t forget the relaxing hot tub.  Bring your family and make some beautiful memories.

A private wooded setting – enjoyed from the wrap-around deck, the hot-tub or the wall of windows along the open-concept, living area. Queen bedroom on main floor and a queen bed in loft. (Loft is accessed by a ladder – which is fun for some of us, but not recommended for guests with physical limitations or for children.) Full bath; full kitchen, gas fireplace (seasonal) and charcoal grill; and wifi. This chalet has a loyal following and books up fast!

Huge historic home. Fully renovated.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
