Due to the thick walls, there is a great indoor climate, in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming . Lake Chiemsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the mountains are 15 minutes away. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walks right outside the front door. Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

Our apartment, lovingly and stylishly furnished at the beginning of 2025, is quietly located in the idyllic small Stöttham/Chieming. In just 500 meters, you can walk to the wonderful Chiemsee shore. From the apartment and the sunny south-facing terrace you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. Enjoy your time on your 20 square meter terrace overlooking the green field in the mountain range. A shady spot can be found under the large awning and enjoy the sun in the communal garden.

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60 m²) is located in a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafes and of course Lake Chiemsee are within a few minutes' walk. The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there, you can reach the semi-shady terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet.

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains.
