In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. Our 43 sqm apartment, renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished, is quietly located in the idyllic small Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 meters you can reach the wonderful Chiemsee shore on foot or by bike and from here you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The apartment has a 20 sqm terrace overlooking the countryside as well as direct access to the quiet communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
