Auf 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Our 43-square-meter (463-square-foot), lovingly furnished vacation apartment is quietly located in the idyllic little village of Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 meters, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from here, you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The vacation rental includes a 20-square-meter terrace overlooking the countryside and direct access to the peaceful communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In summer, the mountains beckon for hiking, and the lakes (Chiemsee, Seeoner See, Grießsee, Obinger See, Waginger See, etc.) invite you to swim. Great tours can be done by bike/mountain bike. On the beautiful terrace, we provide a table and chairs for 4 people, as well as a sun lounger and an umbrella. Guests must bring their own bath towels.

In summer, children play on the street, walkers pass by relaxed – a pleasant, grown settlement with lots of charm. Here you can unwind wonderfully and enjoy the evening relaxing on the bench in front of the house.
