Our 43-square-meter (463-square-foot), lovingly furnished vacation apartment is quietly located in the idyllic little village of Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 meters, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from here, you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The vacation rental includes a 20-square-meter terrace overlooking the countryside and direct access to the peaceful communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. You are welcome to enjoy a rich breakfast or different self-made specialities Friday to Sunday in our café "Gut Fasanenhöhe", which is located directly below the apartments (not included in the price).

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation with a fantastic garden and mountain views! Summer and winter recreation and pure relaxation! In summer, the mountains invite you to hike, the lakes to swim (Chiemsee, Seeoner See, Tüttensee, Grießsee, Obinger See, Waginger See, etc.). By bike/mountain bike you can do great tours. On the beautiful terrace we offer a table and chairs for 4 people as well as a sun lounger. Guests must bring their own bath towels.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
