In just 700 meters, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from here, you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The vacation rental includes a 20-square-meter terrace overlooking the countryside and direct access to the peaceful communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

On the beautiful terrace we offer a table and chairs for 4 people as well as a sun lounger. Guests must bring their own bath towels.
