This executive home is quiet and perfect for individuals & solo travellers, work contractors and Cyclists. Close to all amenities. It is 5 minutes from the Severn Bridge into Wales, 10 mins from Cribbs Causeway shopping mall, 30 mins to Bristol City Centre. 10 minutes from The Wave and Southmead Hospital. Enjoy rambling paths and cycle routes or just relax with a taste of the country side in large gardens. Something for all. Easy access to M4 & M5. Very quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere.

It is very suitable for family get togethers over Christmas and the New Year, or in the summer for weddings or Bank Holiday breaks: in-house catering available on request for dinners and lunches.
