Close to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water, Ohiopyle, and many outdoor activities including rafting, hiking, biking, and kayaking. There's a smart TV for those rainy or cold days, as well as some games and books. A beautiful spot to simply relax, and a great base location for your next adventure.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

There is tons of natural light in the living space and bedrooms. Mins away from University Town Center, WVU stadium, Ruby General, and WVU downtown campus. This is construction nearby but you can’t hear any noise. There will be be dirt at the entrance
