This family-owned property, situated on 13 peaceful acres adjacent to a 34-acre nonprofit horse sanctuary, is ideal for individuals, couples, families, and professionals. Apartment has it's own separate entrance and dedicated parking space. The apartment has fast, secure wi-fi and is set-up perfectly for traveling professionals! However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open floor plan with all the modern conveniences. King size bed, with space for an additional queen size air mattress. Washer, dryer, shower/bathtub. Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property. Two night minimum for all reservations, and due to documented medical allergy concerns we are unable to host pets/animals of any kind.

A one-bedroom apartment in the Kingman Park Historic District. We use this cozy place for our friends and family when they are in town and happily rent it to you when it is free. We live upstairs. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 10-minute walk from the Metro. Our Metro station is 3 stops from the U.S. Capitol and 5 stops from the National Mall
